1. Free Cancellation:Users can cancel their service request for free up to 1 hour before the scheduled service time.
2. No Show: If the user doesn't show up for the scheduled service and fails to notify the service provider at least 1 hour in advance, Soloist reserves the right to temporarily suspend or restrict the user’s ability to book future services.

The service provider should communicate the cancellation properly and promptly to the user to ensure they do not waste time waiting. If the service provider cancels, they should offer the user the option to reschedule or provide an alternative service.
2. Rebooking: If the service provider cancels, they should provide an option to reschedule the service at a mutually agreed time, at no additional cost.
3. Consequences of Frequent Cancellations: Repeated cancellations by service providers may result in a temporary suspension of their account to ensure that users can rely on timely services.
