By using Soloist, you agree to the following terms governing all service requests, transactions, and use of the platform.

1. Service Pricing
All service charges are determined and standardized by Soloist. Pricing is based on service type, scope, and location to ensure consistency and fairness. Any pricing discussed or negotiated outside the platform is not recognized by Soloist.

2. Payments
All payments must be made only to Soloist through the approved payment methods provided within the platform or as officially communicated. Soloist does not take responsibility for payments made directly to service providers, any disputes arising from off-platform transactions, or situations where a service provider fails to complete the work after receiving direct payment. Customers are strongly advised to avoid direct payments to technicians under any circumstances.

3. Use of Platform
Users agree to use Soloist only for lawful purposes. Bypassing the platform to directly engage with service providers, misuse or manipulation of the platform, and providing false or misleading information are strictly prohibited. Soloist reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse.

4. Service Fulfilment
Soloist assigns service professionals based on availability, expertise, and location. While we strive for timely and efficient service, exact arrival times may vary due to operational factors.

5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate service details, ensure access to the service location at the scheduled time, and maintain a safe and respectful environment for service professionals. Failure to comply may result in cancellation or additional charges.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Soloist reserves the right to apply applicable charges for last-minute cancellations or repeated rescheduling.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Soloist platform, including its logo, brand name, design, text, graphics, interface, and overall structure, is the exclusive property of Soloist. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

8. Liability & Limitations
Soloist operates as a managed service platform connecting customers with service professionals. While we take reasonable steps to ensure quality and reliability, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or unforeseen damages. Service outcomes may vary based on on-site conditions, and issues arising from incorrect customer information are not our responsibility. All concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Code of Conduct
Any form of abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior towards service professionals or the Soloist team may result in suspension or permanent restriction from using the platform.

10. Platform Rights
Soloist reserves the right to modify pricing, policies, or services at any time, refuse or cancel service requests, and take necessary actions to maintain service quality and platform integrity.

11. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold Soloist harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse of the platform, violation of these terms, or disputes caused by direct dealings outside the platform.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the use of Soloist services, including payment-related issues, shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the concerned parties.
If such disputes remain unresolved, they shall be referred to and finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in a language mutually agreed upon by both parties, the venue shall be Palakkad, Kerala, India, and the sole arbitrator shall be Adv. Karthik V (Enr. No. K/000634/2023) appointed by Soloist.
Soloist also follows the dispute resolution procedures laid out by its payment gateway partners, where applicable. Users are encouraged to contact the support team before initiating any formal proceedings.
